Class Placement Form

This form is designed to provide information to 成人伦理 Regional College, to assist in the decision-making process to create classes for 2024. It is acknowledged by the College that friendships are important, however, there are many complex factors that need to be considered when placing students into class groups. The College cannot guarantee that they will be able to accommodate all requests. Collection and storing of information and documents is in accordance with the Catholic Education Tasmania Privacy Policy which can be accessed at https://catholic.tas.edu.au/policies

13. If you have provided responses in questions 6 - 11 and you have indicated in your reasoning the request relates to a medically diagnosed condition, please upload supporting documentation as provided by the medical practitioner. Should you wish to provide the supporting documentation via email, please send it to Mrs Sherry Rand at srand@mrc.tas.edu.au. Documentation provided will be held in the strictest of confidence. As the information you provide is used in consideration of class allocation, the information you share will be distributed to those members of staff deemed appropriate. We ensure the confidentiality of the information you provide in accordance with the Catholic Education of Tasmania Privacy Policy.
