While we work hard to provide a challenging culinary education, we aim to keep the admission process very simple. The easiest way to apply is to speak with an admissions representative who will help walk you through the application process.
CIL has hybrid online education combined with in-person labs to give you flexibility and efficiency.

Non-Degree Seeking Options & Certificates
How to Apply
Select your program from our certificates and seminar options and contact us to discuss the next steps. You will receive a package that includes an invoice detailing the total cost of the course, student catalog and other important information. To secure your seat in the class, you must submit a signed invoice.

- High school diploma or GED (General Education Development).
- Official college transcripts: If you have attended any higher education outside of high school, an official transcript is required from each school that you attended.

International Students
The 成人伦理庐 college is authorized under federal law to enroll non-immigrant alien students under a M-1 or F-1 visa.
International students must demonstrate competence in English language. If you do not have the level at the time of enrollment, do not worry! We have English classes, which are free of charge upon enrolling in a culinary program.
Applicants must demonstrate sufficient financial resources necessary to cover the cost of attendance. The diploma course requires international students to have an M-1 visa. While attending school, M-1 students cannot work or be paid for employment. Students may take advantage of unpaid internships to gain experience.
International students enrolling in the associate degree course are required to have an F-1 student visa. Students attending on an F-1 visa may be eligible for paid employment on campus after one year; subject to certain restrictions. Visit our international student page for more info.
